Something I'm really enjoying at the moment is listening to Creative Screenwriting Magazine's series of podcasts. Presented by the unflappable Geoff Goldsmith - he's often disarming interview manner gets some brilliant results from a ragbag assortment of screenwriters and directors. Joel and Ethan Cohen talk more frankly than I've ever heard or read before. My favourites of the series so far have been:
